As the CEO and co-founder of NEG MEDIA PRO, he’s worked with iconic names like LeBron James, The Rock, and Oprah, producing content and events that blend culture, impact, and entertainment. With roots as an MC and DJ, Niko brings energy, vision, and a deep love for storytelling to everything he does—including co-hosting The Local Talent Podcast alongside his wife, Stephanie.

Stephanie Galvez is a powerhouse strategist, cancer survivor, and co-founder of NEG MEDIA PRO. With 15+ years of corporate leadership and a track record of saving companies millions, she now helps creators and businesses scale through content, systems, and storytelling. Armed with a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Media Studies and a minor in Political Leverage, she brings sharp insight and a bold voice to every conversation—as well as to her role as co-host of The Local Talent Podcast alongside her husband, Niko. A Spartan Trifecta Finisher and advocate for women’s health, Stephanie leads with grit, heart, and clarity.
